Recreational swimming is time reserved just for you – for movement, relaxation, and the sense of lightness that comes from being in the water. It is intended for anyone seeking an active break without crowds or imposed pace, whether you swim for fitness, relaxation, or maintaining your form.

The Ritual Swimming School includes 8 group sessions per month, guided by professional coaches, for children aged 3.5 and above. Through a structured and patient approach, children master basic swimming styles, learn proper breathing and movement coordination, and above all, gain confidence that stays with them for life.

This program for adults is tailored both for complete beginners and for those looking to improve their technique, endurance, and swimming efficiency. Our coaches apply a proven methodological approach, with and without equipment, ensuring that each participant progresses steadily and with confidence.

Aqua aerobics is a water-based aerobic workout set to music, combining cardio exercises, strength training, and stretching. The water provides natural resistance, helping to strengthen muscles and improve fitness while reducing strain on the joints. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including individuals with injuries or joint issues.

Shared water time for babies and parents, designed for relaxed bonding and getting comfortable in the water without a trainer present. Through free play, babies strengthen their muscles and immunity while building closeness with their parent.

Personal swimming lessons are the fastest and safest way to master swimming techniques, overcome a fear of water or improve your fitness with the trainer’s full attention. Each lesson is tailored to the swimmer’s individual needs, with precise technique correction and a focus on what delivers the greatest progress. The program is available separately for children and adults.
