General and special rules of conduct in the Ritual wellness center

General Rules and Instructions

  1. Users must familiarize themselves with the Ritual Wellness Center’s Rules and Regulations, which are displayed at the reception and on the website.
  2. The Manager or Administration of the Ritual Wellness Center reserves the right to review and decide on any request to use the center’s services at their discretion, without the right to appeal by the other party.
  3. Any user of the Ritual Wellness Center can cease using the services at any time. In this situation, the amount paid for the service will not be refunded.
  4. The Manager or Administration of the Ritual Wellness Center has the right to remove any user from the premises, either temporarily or permanently, without refunding the paid service fees if they violate these Rules and Regulations. The removal can be immediate and does not require any disciplinary process, and can be communicated verbally or in writing.
  5. Each user is required to check their health status and whether any medication they are taking may negatively affect their health while using the Ritual Wellness Center. Failure to do so or not following their doctor’s advice is at their own risk.
  6. The Ritual Wellness Center administration is not responsible for any injury or health deterioration of any user.
  7. The administration is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, including compensation for any damages.
  8. All items found in the Ritual Wellness Center will be kept for 48 hours from the time they are found and recorded in the Lost and Found Register. Perishable items will not be kept.
  9. Scheduled appointments for using the services of the Ritual Wellness Center must be canceled at least two hours before the start time.
  10. After using the Ritual Wellness Center, users must remove all their belongings from the lockers and return the keys/card to the reception.
  11. After using the services, users must return the inventory they used to the designated place.
  12. The use of towels is mandatory in all areas of the Ritual Wellness Center. Towels can be rented at the reception.
  13. The Ritual Wellness Center administration reserves the right to close all or part of the premises for repairs, maintenance, or capacity expansion with prior notice, without financial compensation to users.
  14. It is forbidden to bring any weapons into the Ritual Wellness Center. Even users with a weapon permit cannot bring weapons. The center does not store any weapons.
  15. Animals are not allowed in the Ritual Wellness Center.
  16. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vapes, is prohibited in all areas of the Ritual Wellness Center.
  17. Personal security personnel of users are not allowed in the Ritual Wellness Center.
  18. Users are not permitted to enter the official and technical areas of the center.
  19. Bringing food, drinks, items with strong odors, glass, and metal objects is prohibited.
  20. In case of violation of the Rules and Regulations, the Ritual Wellness Center has the right to terminate the membership and contract. The decision will be made in writing and delivered to the user who signed the agreement. In such cases, the paid membership fee will not be refunded.

Payment, Prices, and Working Hours

  1. Service prices are defined by the Ritual Wellness Center’s price list. The duration of a daily session is limited to 3 hours.
  2. All services at the Ritual Wellness Center must be paid at the reception before use. Payment methods include cash, credit cards, or bank transfer (payment must be confirmed before using the services).
  3. Users of the Ritual Wellness Center can be individuals over fifteen years old who have paid for a daily ticket. Children under fourteen are allowed only under the supervision of a parent/guardian until 4 PM unless they are enrolled in a swimming school.
  4. The Manager or Administration reserves the right to review and decide on any request to use the center’s services at their discretion, without the right to appeal by the other party.
  5. Bathrobes and towels are charged additionally. Users must return the rented items to the designated basket at the reception or a specified place when leaving.
  6. Working hours are displayed at the entrance of the Ritual Wellness Center and on the website. Users must leave the premises by closing time.
  7. In case of loss of locker keys or cards, the user must pay a fee of 2000 RSD.
  8. Special Rules of Conduct at the RITUAL WELLNESS Center
  9. The RITUAL WELLNESS Center is intended for relaxation. Please adhere to the following measures:
  10. Do not jump into the pool or run in the center.
  11. Avoid loud talking and shouting.
  12. Do not talk loudly on the phone.
  13. Do not disturb the peace of other guests.
  14. Entry to the RITUAL WELLNESS zone is allowed only in swimsuits and clean footwear (slippers) or medical shoe covers. Showering before using the sauna and pool is mandatory. After showering, turn off the shower.
  15. The use of the spa zone (pool, sauna, steam bath, and tepidarium) without swimsuits and towels is not allowed.
  16. Adjust your sauna use to your health condition and stay as long as you feel comfortable.
  17. After using the sauna, alternate showers with warm and cold water, starting from the feet upward, then relax, dry off, and rest for 10-20 minutes. Drink plenty of fluids during the rest period.
  18. People with heart problems must not use the sauna. Heat causes blood vessels to dilate and strains the heart. The same applies to kidney problems, as high temperatures stress the kidneys.
  19. The sauna is not recommended for people with high or low blood pressure, varicose veins, and circulation problems. Exposure to heat is not recommended in cases of acute infections, after illness, or surgical intervention.
  20. The sauna is not recommended for pregnant women, postpartum women, and during the first days of the menstrual cycle, as heat can cause bleeding and lower blood pressure, which is already lower during menstruation.
  21. The consumption of alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, drugs, and smoking is strictly prohibited before using the sauna.
  22. Pouring water in the steam bath is not allowed.
  23. Pouring and splashing water on the volcanic stones in the sauna is not allowed. To increase humidity in the sauna, call the staff.
  24. When using saunas and steam baths, keep in mind that other users are waiting for their turn.
  25. Bringing food and drinks is not allowed.
  26. Animals are not allowed.
  27. Treat the inventory and staff with respect.
  28. Do not rearrange the lounge chairs and tables from their existing layout.
  29. Bringing any scrubs or aromas into the steam bath is not allowed.
  30. Exceeding the session time will be charged additionally

Users who do not comply with the rules will be asked to leave the Ritual Wellness Center.
